Warranty and Returns Policy
1. Two-month full refund policy
Customers have the right to return their IoT system hardware within 2 months of purchase if they are not satisfied with the system.
To qualify for a refund:
- All hardware supplied as part of the system must be returned to us.
- The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the equipment.
- The equipment must be returned in reasonable condition, allowing for normal use. Equipment that has been damaged through misuse, negligence, modification, or improper installation may not qualify for a full refund.
- All supplied hardware, accessories, and components must be returned.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned equipment, the customer's SLA will be cancelled.
- We will refund the cost of the hardware paid by the customer.
- SLA fees, service fees, installation costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned equipment has been received and inspected.
2. Two-year hardware warranty
All hardware supplied by us is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If a hardware unit develops a fault during the warranty period, the customer must return the faulty unit to us for inspection.
At our discretion, we will:
- Repair the faulty unit; or
- Replace the faulty unit with a new or refurbished equivalent unit.
The warranty covers faults arising from normal operation and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse of the equipment
- Accidental damage
- Incorrect installation or wiring
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Physical damage
- Water, fire, lightning, or other external causes
- Operating the equipment outside its specified operating conditions
3. Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipping and transportation costs for returning equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Where a unit is returned under warranty and is confirmed to have a covered hardware fault, we will repair or replace the unit. The cost of returning the faulty unit to us remains the customer's responsibility.
4. Equipment condition
Returned equipment must be in reasonable condition and must not have been deliberately damaged, modified, dismantled, or altered.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned equipment before approving a refund or warranty claim.
5. SLA cancellation
Where equipment is returned under the 2-month refund policy, the associated Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be cancelled upon receipt and acceptance of the returned equipment.
Cancellation of the SLA does not entitle the customer to a refund of any SLA fees already paid.
6. Limitation of liability
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty hardware, subject to the terms of this policy.
This warranty and returns policy does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Contact
